Do you have a passion and a real skill for acting as the hub of a small firm? Are you an accomplished EA / Office Manager with experience of operating in an international environment with strong exposure to providing EA support at senior/board level?

We are representing a successful asset management firm situated in WC2 - a close-knit team of 45, excellent work/life balance and rewarding, varied role.

This an involved role, supporting the COO and a Senior Partner with every aspect of running their working weeks. In this setting with Office Management responsibilities, there will also be a chance to help with operations in HR and client services. You will also be instrumental in such things as budget support, vendor management, board meeting preparation (and minute taking at committee meetings) and everything else associated with office management and EA to COO/CFO work. You will also line manage the one Receptionist, with whom you will work closely to ensure facilities are running smoothly.

The team are keen to find someone who is comfortable operating in a very hands-on manner with a 'no job too big or too small' approach - in time, there will be the chance to take up specific projects. The firm have recently moved into new premises so any exposure to snagging or desk/space planning and liasing with relevant contractors would be ideal.
