About the role
They are currently seeking an A Sales Support/Billing Executive to work in the Sales Services team (with Finance Operations) on a temporary basis to support the team.
The two main areas you will cover are the order processing and set up of clients details to administration of the billing process including:
Timely order approval and processing for Subscriptions in Salesforce Check correct client details and confirmation Check products, credit terms, and request product codes as required Process advertising booking using ElanWeb Liaise with Sales, Finance and Billing to clarify any ambiguity Raising and sending invoices in PeopleSoft and ElanWeb in accordance to finance schedule Liaise with sales and finance to clarify any ambiguity to ensure correct billing Sense-check for errors including VAT Set up new customer accounts as needed Prepare pre-payment invoices when required to gain upfront payment from customers as required. Liaise with Sales and Finance for credit and rebill matters Provide cover for billing relating to other business areas as required.
Experience, skills and professional attributes
Educated to at least A level Math's or the equivalent is essential Experience from billing, transactional accounts or sales support role essential Experience of working in a multi-currency support function and advantage Experience with order processing
Basic data analysis and understanding of data quality an advantage Must have a strong level of MS Excel experience Salesforce, PeopleSoft and ElanWeb a strong advantage Knowledge of UK and EU VAT a strong advantage
