PA to Global CFO & Partners ( 12 month Maternity Cover)

Based: Mayfair, London

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

About the role

To provide proactive EA support to the Global CFO and Partners including the General Counsel and Global Head of Compliance in a demanding and busy role.

Key responsibilities

Conducting extensive diary management, to include scheduling internal/ external meetings, calls and conferences, and sending Outlook calendar invitations to participants.
Arranging and facilitating internal/external meetings and conferences (e. sign up logistics, dealing with associated invoices, booking rooms and/or facilities, and collating necessary documentation).
Assisting with diary management of all team direct reports.
Managing invoices and expenses.
Management of holiday calendar for all teams.
Pro-actively managing calls including ensuring detailed communications are accurately recorded and/or passed on.
Working with BCD to co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements and providing detailed itineraries ahead of business-related travel for all teams.
Facilitating client relationship events, including restaurant bookings and confirming attendees.
Conducting general office administration, including processing and reconciling expenses claims and invoices, copying, scanning and faxing, ordering and maintaining stationery.
Producing and amending confidential documentation as requested.
Providing personal support, including support for personal travel as requested.
Managing team events, including socials and cards and collections.
Who you will be

A highly experienced Executive Assistant with a background in supporting high-level Executive Management teams (ideally from Asset Management or Finance background)
You will be highly diligent, act with integrity and confidential where necessary
Be able to demonstrate a background in working to high standards of performance and able to meet challenging objectives
Proven experience of supporting a team in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Comfortable dealing with high volumes of numerical data, and a meticulous eye for detail
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
he ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have the ability to work under pressure, have the highest attention to detail and have strong organisational skills
Must be highly reliable and extremely professional.
Sense of professionalism and 'client ready'.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel and Word
