Varying levels of seniority, salary dependent on experience

Manhattan, New York City

Tiger’s New York office are currently recruiting for a number of roles within Human Resources including Recruitment, Resourcing, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and HRIS.  These range from entry level through to management level and therefore require different levels of previous experience, and different skillsets.  

Expectations for candidates:
  • Very strong academics - a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Previous experience or a clear proven interest in the HR/Recruitment/D&I/L&D field 
  • High level of computer literacy including a knowledge of a range of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Data analysis experience including previous experience of using Microsoft Excel to a high proficiency
  • Very strong writing skills
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high attention to detail
  • Team Player, but able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
  • Service-minded, with previous client facing experience 

Roles will interview and onboard remotely, but candidates must be based in New York City (within the five boroughs).
