A leading private equity firm urgently requires an experienced Executive Assistant to support 5 partners on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for arranging internal/external meetings, video conferences and calls
  • Creating a high volume of PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with the preparation, review and/or assembly of documents using any combination of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel
  • Providing general administrative support including inbox management, phone coverage, message management, post distribution and scanning
  • Preparing travel itineraries for team members including the booking of flights, accommodation, taxis, trains, and other reservations (restaurant, venue, etc.)
  • Preparing and submitting via Concur all required documentation for expense reimbursement in alignment with company travel and expenses policies
  • Assisting with organising events
  • Project management of tasks (such as offsites, conferences, multi day board agendas) ensuring efficient communication of progress and ability to take decisions to ensure timetables and objectives are met

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives within financial services is essential
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity and skill in cross cultural working, European languages an advantage
  • Minimum A' level educated or equivalent
  • A confident communicator at all levels
  • Flexible with a "can do" attitude
  • Team player
