A boutique investment management firm based in Barnes (south west London) is looking to hire Business Operations Analyst this is a newly created position! The role is truly a hybrid role with many different duties in this exciting office manager/ investor-relations /assistant role.  This role will suit a person who thinks outside the box, is business savvy and highly personable to fit in well with the family feel of the office.

This role is super varied with duties including Office Management, Office Administration such as organising meetings and events, implementing new systems, office administration, project management and some compliance duties. 

The role will also include Investor Relations duties such as: 

  • Marketing collateral – assist with the preparation of factsheets & presentations et al
  • Client onboarding – assist with the collection of documents of and monitoring of AML
  • CRM – assist with data input and extraction of reports
  • Websites – assist with the maintenance of existing sites

As this role has so many elements in it and really needs the person coming into the role and hit the ground running. 3+ years experience in an organisational role within an investment/ fund management firm is preferable and a good understanding of the investment sector.  Experience within Investor Relations, excellent organisational skills, proficient user of MS Office and a true team player who wants to have a busy and interesting role!
