Founded in 2014, Fide Partners is a boutique, global Strategy Consulting firm specialising in the Telecoms, Media and Technology sector. We are expert advisors to stakeholders of the TMT industry, including; investors, operators within the industry, regulators, and users of technology. We are looking to hire an experienced EA who is looking for an entrepreneurial challenge in helping to setup and grow our London office, which is already undergoing rapid growth. The role will combine aspects of Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and agenda management across time zones, particularly between London and Madrid offices
- Supporting with organisation of recruitment activities – including submitting HR contracts and building on-boarding
- Supporting with defining and building the team culture (you will be employee-5 in the London team)
- Leading the search for a new office location in Central London
- Providing background information on all external and internal meetings with supporting materials/background
- Processing expenses in line with company policy
- Raising purchase orders and paying invoices in line with company procedures
- Booking travel including flights, hotels, taxis for the Executives
- Plan detailed and comprehensive travel itineraries via diary entry
- Organising events at the request of the Directors (e.g. team meetings, social events etc)
- General office administration
- Help with occasional personal administration
- Support with the redesign of the current website
Personal Profile
- Previous experience of working as a PA to Senior Management
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactively taking initiative to help us grow our team quickly
- Highly computer literate, particularly in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Strong communication including excellent written and spoken English, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a high pressure environment and prioritise
- Understanding and adherence to the Exec Admin processes and ways of working - filing, file naming conventions, cover and handover procedures
- Punctual, diplomatic, and reliable
- Ability to work as a team, whilst also demonstrating initiative and flexibility where necessary
- Spanish speaking is a positive, but not strictly necessary
- Interest in the Telecoms, Media, and Technology sector is a positive, but not strictly necessary
