We have an exciting opportunity for a Private PA to support a budding entrepreneur to assist them in all areas of their private lives. With a successful and growing retail business, our client now needs to appoint a highly organised Private PA to oversee her personal life and manage all organisation and administration to ensure everything runs smoothly at all times. This role will be a mix of remote at-home working, as well as regularly being based at the principal’s home in South-West London – you will work autonomously with very little supervision, and so will require prior experience and be highly focussed in your work.
There will be a great focus on wardrobe management and organisation, styling and personal shopping – so good fashion knowledge is essential for this role, as well as great deal of experience in online shopping. You will oversee the operations of the household, including liaison with the gardener and housekeeper, managing all incoming deliveries and parcels, unpacking and organising returns where required. You will also manage the principal’s social calendar, including making reservations, organising dinner parties, event management, planning and booking holidays.
The principal is open to full-time (4-5 days per week), as well as part-time (2-3 days) as long as you are available to grow into a full-time role with time – however, you will also be on call out of hours should anything urgent arise. The principal travels regularly so flexibility to travel is essential for this role.
