Our client, a Housing Association based in West London, is looking for a Property & Facilities Admin Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Client Details
Our client is a well established Housing Association with over 50 years experience in providing student housing accommodation.
Description
The role of Property & Facilities Admin Manager, will involve;
- Deal with all day to day maintenance including, issuing repair orders, liaising with in-house and contractors, scheduling works, taking follow up actions and communicating with residents.
- Managing the day to day running of the office
- Liaise with and manage relationships for all utilities - gas, water, electricity, phones, broadband, IT
- Manage satisfaction surveys of maintenance and cleaning services.
Profile
We are looking for a Property & Facilities Admin Manager with;
- Previous experience within a Housing / Property environment dealing with repairs / maintenance
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and remotely
- Experience of working in a Small office environment
Job Offer
£30 - £32k, 12 month Fixed Term Contract
