Reward Manager

A prestigious, well known global financial services company is looking for a Reward Manager - Regulation, Governance and Policy. This Reward Manager will implement EMEA remunerations regulations and draft group wide policies and compliance. Compensation Manager experience within Financial Services is highly beneficial. Paying £450-£500 per day. Based close to Liverpool Street Station, City of London.

*Leading the implementation of regulatory projects in remuneration
*Drafting of reports for the Board and the Committees
*Projects
*Analysis of reward related regulation
*Review and adaptation of remuneration policies
*Excel and financial data
*Experience of the remuneration regulatory environment including SMCR
