An exciting new role has arisen for a Client Services Executive to join a growing Mayfair based investment firm. Providing support to the Investor Services team, excellent communication skills are fundamental and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and adaptable. 

The role requires a consistently high standard of work and excellent attention to detail. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of aspects of an expanding business and really add value to a busy and energetic team. As well as displaying the above qualities, the successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to progress within an Investor Relations/Client Services/Operational role in the future.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responding to incoming investor and adviser queries via phone, email and letter in a timely manner and in adherence with quality and compliance standards
  • Production of regular data files, custodian instructions and completion of various other operational tasks
  • Management of third-party reporting requirements and ad hoc data requests
  • General administrative tasks e. g. processing of client application forms
  • Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to all clients and taking ownership on following up and helping to chase on progress if required.
  • Maintain client and Account records held on internal CRM system 
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time

What we are looking for: 

  • Strong academic record
  • Some experience in an Asset Management/Financial Services role would be beneficial
  • Experience in Investor services (Ideally Financial Services)
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of dealing with clients in a professional and confidential manner
    Desire to provide quality service and support
    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external stakeholders
  • Proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Accurate and efficient word and data processing skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to learn and pick-up new processes quickly
  • Hard working and organised
