An exciting new role has arisen for a Client Services Executive to join a growing Mayfair based investment firm. Providing support to the Investor Services team, excellent communication skills are fundamental and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and adaptable.
The role requires a consistently high standard of work and excellent attention to detail. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of aspects of an expanding business and really add value to a busy and energetic team. As well as displaying the above qualities, the successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to progress within an Investor Relations/Client Services/Operational role in the future.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responding to incoming investor and adviser queries via phone, email and letter in a timely manner and in adherence with quality and compliance standards
- Production of regular data files, custodian instructions and completion of various other operational tasks
- Management of third-party reporting requirements and ad hoc data requests
- General administrative tasks e. g. processing of client application forms
- Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to all clients and taking ownership on following up and helping to chase on progress if required.
- Maintain client and Account records held on internal CRM system
- Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time
What we are looking for:
- Strong academic record
- Some experience in an Asset Management/Financial Services role would be beneficial
- Experience in Investor services (Ideally Financial Services)
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of dealing with clients in a professional and confidential manner
Desire to provide quality service and support
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external stakeholders - Proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Accurate and efficient word and data processing skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to learn and pick-up new processes quickly
- Hard working and organised
