We are working with a well-established and reputable charity, based in the city who are looking for a top EA and Office Manager to come on board and support their team. This is a fixed term contract for 12+ months, starting in the new year. Working amongst a passionate and driven team, this is a busy role that will also require management of a team of PAs alongside support to the Chief Executive. 

Responsibilities may include

  • Full administrative and business support to the Chief Executive
  • Diary and travel management
  • Scheduling of meetings
  • Office administration
  • Drafting correspondence, proofing scripts and producing Powerpoints
  • Filing and organisation
  • Creating agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points
  • Setting up of conference calls / video meetings
  • Database administration
  • Project support
  • Expenses / budget management
  • Management of PA team; setting objectives, monitoring attendance and performance, holding appraisals and setting objectives for the team
  • Board support

The ideal candidate will

  • Have 6+ years in either a PA or EA position
  • Experience supporting at a Senior level
  • Experience managing a team 
  • Be highly organised and detail orientated
  • Have strong MS Office skills
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be self-motivated 
  • Experience working for a charity is a plus but not essential
