My client is an amazing venture-backed tech start-up who operates within the events/experience industry. They are in an exciting period of growth, are dynamic and friendly, and offer a fun and challenging work environment. This role will be working East Coast hours so is flexible on location.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships quickly with their friendly network of customers
- Provide support to customers via live chat, helpdesk tickets, community forums, and video calls
- Provide technical guidance to customers using your excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building websites – training provided if needed
- Provide non-technical guidance to customers to help them with all other issues related to their account
- Track and analyze customer support data, and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to management
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Approachable, resourceful, with an excellent work ethic
- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to understand large sets of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This is an entry-level role but ideally, this person will have some previous experience within a customer-facing environment
