Description

Key responsibilities for the French/German/English Speaking Customer Service role in London include:

- Answering customer calls, taking and processing orders

- Ensuring all customer orders are entered accurately on to the system in a timely manner to ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction levels and help to drive growth

- Keep in contact with customers and communicate any changes to their order status / any potential issues affecting supply or delivery

- Taking ownership of customer issues, helping to solve problems whilst focusing on exceeding customer expectations

- Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve queries

- Handle email and phone queries from universities, procurement teams and commercial customers

- Ad-hoc duties such as updating accounts

Profile

The successful French/German/English Speaking Customer Service role - Pharma - London will be/will have:

- Previous CS experience selling technical products

- MUST HAVE fluent French/German/English language skills both written and verbal

- Confident using MS Office

- Passion for providing excellent customer service

- Polite/friendly/warm telephone manner

- Experience in using a CRM system

- Able to work independently, a real 'self-starter'
