The Client

Our client are a prestigious law firm with offices based in and around London, they are now looking to hire a highly professional Receptionist for their office in Berkshire. To be considered for this role you will have to have previous experience gained from a law firm.

The Role

Typical duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients/external visitors
  • Overseeing room bookings
  • Ensuring appropriate room set up and refreshments are in place
  • Dealing with all incoming phone enquiries
  • Organising catering when necessary
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries
  • Arranging distribution of post internally
  • Booking couriers and sending out post
  • Booking taxis
  • Archiving files
  • General administrative support

The Requirements

  • Previous Office Admin or Reception experience gained from a law firm
  • Fantastic communication skills – both orally and in writing
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
  • Able to prioritise workload
