An outstanding position has opened for a bright German and Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor to be part of an inspiring technology organisation based in South West London! You will be providing exceptional customer service and will be part of a thrilling work environment within a successful company. This role is a 1 year fixed-term maternity cover contract starting ASAP.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with a wide range of customers across the German and Italian market
  • Providing first-class customer support
  • Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to in a timely manner
  • Managing second-line support calls from resellers and subcontractors
  • Entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call escalations and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of customer service management

About you:

It is essential for you to be confident and well-spoken as you will be dealing with various clients/customers and you must have strong language skills in German, Italian and English to a native level. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German and Italian, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, client service or technical support role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to commute to South West London
