An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join this recently arrived hugely successful VC Company from the US with an unbeatable track record of investments in tech.  This is a go ahead, dynamic firm with a collegiate style who reward members of their team with excellent bonuses and an unbeatable benefits package.  The firm is expanding in the UK/taking new offices and now need to add a top EA into the mix to support two Partners of the firm.

There is a possibility you will be asked to go to the USA to meet everyone in the team when times return to normal.

You will be degree standard (Essential) with a background at senior level within PE/Hedge/VC or similar (also essential) at senior level for at least 3 years. A great team player with a positive and happy team spirit.

Supporting two Senior Partners of the firm (one will be relocating from the US) in every aspect of an interesting and busy day.  A top organiser with an outstanding eye for detail, advanced IT including Google Docs and a collaborative, committed work ethic.  A modern and up to date approach and a genuine interest in the firm and their goals is essential.  Working closely with the OM you will assist in building a fantastic UK office for this unbeatable team.  Able to work quickly with great accuracy, you will see around corners and have a top overview.

There will be some flexibility required as some of your team will be in the USA and need to liaise with you out of hours on occasion.
