Researcher

My client is a hugely fast moving, high achieving Executive Search firm located in stunning offices based in the City of London. They are looking to higher an impressive Researcher to join the team of driven individuals.  

Main responsibilities & duties

• To work closely with senior members of the team to deliver a variety of executive search projects 
• Market mapping - detailed analysis of potential target candidates/clients
• To meet with both candidates and clients in person 
• Arranging lunches/dinners as well as other client entertainment 
• Organising interviews both in the UK and internationally 

Key skills & experience

• Strong communication skills and the ability to liasie with senior executives with confidence
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Articulate, presentable and bright  
• Ambitious and aspirational
