We’re looking for an experienced EA to join a global investment firm based in West London.

THE ROLE

This is a newly created to support a team of up to 4 people. The role will mainly consist of the traditional EA duties such as diary and travel management, however there is scope to get involved in more. You’ll initially begin by supporting one person, but as they build their team, the number of people you’ll end up supporting will increase.

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a hardworking and proactive EA, preferably with experience in a similar company. The ideal candidate will go above and beyond the traditional Executive Assistant duties to really add value in other areas, be it taking on research projects or creating presentations. You’ll need to have a very high attention to detail and be able to easily build relationships with others.
