If you’re looking for your next challenge, we have taken on a really exciting team EA role at an investment bank based in Mayfair. They’re a very collaborative company that have a great support team who all work well together.

THE ROLE

This is a newly created role supporting a Partner, who will be heading up a new desk so as their team grows, so will the number of people you support. Whilst the Partner will be the key focus, you’ll have to be comfortable supporting a team of up to four other executives. The role itself is fairly traditional however it’s very hands on. You’ll be involved in on-boarding the whole team, getting them set up, helping the Partner and team establish key relationships and build their portfolio, as well as your standard EA duties.

THE CANDIDATE

This is a senior role and the ideal candidate will have previous EA experience in a similar environment. The company is very collaborative so being a team player is a must, as is a high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. You’ll need to be a self-starter as the role will likely begin working remotely, so you’ll need to be excellent at building relationships and picking things up quickly.
