Our client is looking for a switched on and dynamic Executive Assistant – is this you?

You will be joining a leading private equity business in central London and join an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment, in a role that will enable you to learn about and participate in the commercial world of business.

The role:

  • Diary management
  • Schedule and arrange ad hoc meetings, video, and conference calls
  • Organisation of travel, accommodation, and visas
  • Work closely with all EAs in international offices
  • Undertake ad-hoc and administrative duties

The candidate:

  • 5 years’ experience in a demanding secretarial role
  • Experience within Private Equity
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong work ethic and proactive team player
  • Overseas exposure
  • Ability to liaise with people to achieve work goals whilst protecting and enhancing relationships
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail

This is a four-month maternity cover contract within the administrative team.
