The Client
Our client is an exciting boutique law firm based in Central London, who is seeking an Office Manager on a part-time basis. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to work 2 to 3 days a week only. Initially this position will be working remotely from home.
The Role
Your role will include:
- Provide day-to-day admin function for office
- Database management
- Ensuring smooth running of office
- General HR and compliance duties
- Managing invoices and timesheets
- E-filing
- Dealing with general enquiries and emails
The Requirements
- Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services
- Previous Office Management or Office Administration experience
- Fantastic organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
