A leading international bank requires an experienced Team Administrator to support their Internal Audit team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an urgent requirement starting asap.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the diaries of the Co General Managers, to ensure regular meetings are appropriately timed for all parties and ad hoc meetings are arranged smoothly.
- Monitoring actual expenditure against budget.
- Support across the team for expense claims
- Assisting the Group Head in the compilation of various board and management committee reports.
- Processing invoices
- The timely booking of flights and hotel accommodation in accordance with the Bank's travel and entertainment policy.
- Attending internal meetings and taking minutes
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within financial services, ideally within internal audit, is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to appropriately challenge/ question if required.
- Proactive approach and lots of initiative
- Highly organised with excellent multi-tasking skills
