This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a great school with exceptional standards. Responsible for the day to day office management and PA support to ensure the smooth operational of running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide effective and efficient management of the School Office.
To create a professional and welcoming reception area for parents, pupils, staff and visitors within a framework of excellent customer service.
To manage suppliers to the school; liaising with suppliers regarding orders and queries. Ensuring the school is stocked with necessary supplies.
To administer specific accounting duties including: petty cash, fees paying in, purchase order file and credit card reconciliation. Liaising with the Bursar's Office regarding any accounting queries.
To coordinate the maintenance of the school premises, ensuring that they are maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition. Line manager to Housekeeper, Caretaker and Cleaners.
To coordinate the health and safety of the school and take on the role of Health and Safety Officer.
To provide first aid and administer medicine to pupils when necessary.
To provide PA support to the School Principal.
To coordinate the Parents' Committee meetings and assist the Committee Chair with the organisation of the annual Parents' Committee Quiz Night.
To assist the Principal in coordinating staff and parent social events.
To coordinate the procurement and stock control of stationery and printer toners.
To assist the activity week coordinator with the school's holiday activity weeks; coordinating logistics, staff, entertainments and attendance schedules.
To undertake any task that the Headmaster and Principal might reasonably require in order to fulfil the job.
Attend Parent Teacher Evenings, School Events, INSET, Open Days and such school functions as required by the Principal and Headmaster.
To observe Health and Safety requirements.
To have a good understanding of the workings and policies of the school.
To be aware of the child protection policy and to be vigilant reporting any concerns immediately to the Safeguarding and Child Protection Designated Officers.
