A dynamic and fast moving consultancy with a very creative feel is seeking a People Co-ordinator to work as part of a team of 3 supporting this growing company.

You will need to have had at least a years experience working in HR and Recruitment. Duties will include

  • Supporting the People partner with the co-ordinating of recruitment activity.
  • Can get involved in resourcing candidates
  • Deal with offer letters and background checks
  • Onboarding
  • Co-ordinate and schedule development activity
  • Consistently looking after the dates that matter for the people in the business ie birthdays
  • HR Admin for the employee lifecycle
  • Monitoring and approve holiday to ensure adequate cover for business needs
  • Send invites and attend and note take at resourcing meetings weekly
  • All associated admin and reports

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, resilient and enjoys working in a forward thinking company with a culture which puts people at its core. This role will not suit someone looking to work 9-5 with lots of structure, the environment is agile and innovative.

The successful candidate will probably be a graduate or equivalent seeking to build a career in HR, you may have already started your CIPD but this isnt essential. Ideally you will have worked in a fast moving commercial environment of less than 100 employees.
