We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support some of the directors within a property buying agency with offices in both Newbury and London.  Our clients are seeking a professional and dedicated individual with exceptional attention to detail, faultless written and spoken English and with a confident and outgoing personality.  This is a fantastic opportunity to develop further as a PA/EA within the prime residential property sector catering to HNW and UHNW individuals.

Hours:                  9am – 5.30pm, Mon to Fri, with flexibility to work beyond standard office hours


Location:              Newbury, Berkshire


Salary:                 Dependent upon experience


Start Date:            ASAP


Interviewing:        ASAP           






Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • E-mail management
  • Diary management
  • Taking dictation with accurate transcription
  • Managing correspondence
  • Producing client presentations 
  • Office management
  • Client liaison
  • Managing expenses 
  • Booking travel
  • Limited data entry

Candidates must be / have:

  • Experienced Personal / Executive Assistants
  • Refined and discreet
  • Faultless spelling and grammar
  • Proficient in MS Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Previous experience in the property industry and / or with (U)HNW individuals would be beneficial but not essential
  • A multi-tasker, able to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • A quick learner
  • Detail-orientated – there are no margins for error
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously
  • Flexible and committed to the role
  • Personable and well-presented
