Wonderful opportunity for an intellectually curious EA with professional services background to support an inspirational but exacting CEO. This role is office based and hours 8-6/6

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: CEO

Key duties: Highly complex and ever changing scheduling, powerpoint presentations, researching, anticipating and heading off issues/challenges, managing inbox of up to 1000 emails a day, creation of correspondence (the need for exceptional written communication skills will be required and assessed during the interview process) assistance on projects, some private PA support and working alongside collaboratively with the other Assistants.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: Ideally you will have come from consultancy or another similar industry. Exceptional written English will be essential for this position as there will be extensive communications work - there is no room fo error in the proof reading and this will be assessed in the interview process

Qualifications: Our client is highly intellectual and would like an academic Assistant and ideally a degree/post grad qualification

Availability: up to one month
