PA to CEO
Location: West London
Home or Office: 2-3 days office based and 2 from home in line with government guidelines until further notice
Salary: up to £33,500 pa

The Charity is an international NFP organisation
Role Overview
You will provide PA support to the CEO and manage his complex and hectic schedule which will be heavy diary and email management.
Key duties
* Organise meetings and provide administration support and communications to members of staff, volunteers, supporters and external audiences.
* Prepare/amend the CEO's correspondence, agenda, papers and reports.
* Help coordinate and support cross organisational project working groups and quality initiatives. Secretarial support to the board of trustees!
* You will liaise with the other teams and offices on an international basis.
Who you will be
* We require some with a calm and approachable demeanour who is able to think on their feet and cope well under pressure
* Confident in managing projects, using initiative but also working collaboratively with the wider team
* You will be experienced in supporting at CEO level and be highly organised.
* Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
Key skills/experience
* Proven EA experience at Director level (ideally within the charity sector)
* Solid experience on MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
* Able to take minutes at meetings
* Experience managing projects/actions previously alongside your workload
* You will liaise with overseas parts of the charity and German speaking skills would be highly desirable.
