Our Prestigious London based law firm is currently looking for an Administrator to join their ever growing Residential Property team on an initial 3 month contract. This role will also initially be working remotely however they will need applicants who are happy to go in to the office as and when required. This is a very busy department where you will be expected to be a real team player - responsibilities will include managing the scanning of ingoing and outgoing post, preparing SDLT forms and draft insurance policies, submit certificates of titles, registrations and priority searches, diarising expiry dates and resubmit, creating bank files, uploading/downloading documents to Land Registry and sales packs from extranet sites, activating NHBC, assisting Secretaries to prepare sales packs to be sent via Mimecast link, preparing and scan engrossments from mail merge and spreadsheets (contracts/notices and Leases), assisting Legal Secretaries with serving notices by scanning, sending via fax and posting engrossment documents, preparing standard payment request emails and letters to clients, updating tenancy, development and completions spreadsheets, sending letters to Bank with updated official copy entries on completion of registration, assisting Legal Secretarial team with finalising files and passing to Central Admin for storage. Candidates should have excellent organisational and administration skills and also previous experience working on legal documents. The hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role is paying a salary up to £26,000 depending on experience level.
