PA for Tech Whizz

My client is an established and phenomenally successful tech company, always striving to stay ahead of the game with innovative and ground breaking ideas. With a head office in UK, their services are utilised all over the world. 

I am looking for a quick thinking, bright PA with high emotional intelligence to support their newly appointed Chief Technical Officer. A young, very driven individual with many years experience in the industry working with the market leaders in their field. The CTO is the dream boss, hardworking, inspiring, good fun and very appreciative. He is looking for his PA to be his right hand, someone with excellent people skills who can be his eyes and ears as well as gatekeeper, the linchpin for him and his team.

• Proactively managing his inbox, manic diary, meetings, meeting preparation, presentations, events and numerous varied and interesting projects

• Open to learning the business and joining meetings

• You would be his confident gatekeeper and ally

• He is looking for someone of degree calibre who can hit the ground running and steer him though his busy days 

• You must be proactive, have excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and be a concise communicator
