Mayfair based Boutique Property Investment firm are currently recruiting a Front of House Receptionist/Team Administrator to join their busy team of 30.  You will be the first point of contact for all clients and staff and will get involved in Team Administration supporting the Executive Assistant team.  This is an office based role (not remote) and you must be able to start by 14th of December.   You will join a professional office with a family feel and be encouraged to expand your role.

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and staff in a professional, positive manner.
  • Relaying all messages to staff.
  • Developing a rapport with clients.
  • Team Administration support supporting the EA team and Directors.
  • Assisting with ad hoc admin/research projects.

Ideal candidate:

  • Excellent client liaison and interpersonal skills, upbeat and positive.
  • Ideally 12-18 months corporate experience based within customer services/front of house/admin.
  • Muck in work ethic and happy to help with all tasks/duties.
