PA/Office Manager

About the role

Working for this Private Family Office/Hedge Fund in Mayfair covering maternity until September 2021. This is a varied and challenging role with 50% family office support and 50% PA support to the CEO.

What you will be doing

• 50% of role will be supporting family office including managing household staff recruitment, expenses, personal engagements, diary and children's event calendar
  
• The other part of your role will be to provide proactive support to the CEO including diary management, meeting arrangements and travel (when normal)
  
• Duties will also include: Managing bank accounts, updating financial records and reports (using excel)
  
• Preparing PP presentations for investors for a company being listed (you will need to be strong on PowerPoint with visuals, graphs and also animation of PP slides)
  
• Managing all other office administration processes and facilities for the team
  

• You will be an experienced PA having worked at a Senior level previously for a good number of years (ideally with some private or family office experience)
  
• Possess first class organisation and time management with the ability to demonstrate initiative and plan ahead
  
• You will have excellent attention to details and a patient and calm demeanour when finding solutions/managing the CEO's day
  
• Your MS Office skills will be at a intermediate to advanced level and you will be adept at using PP to create visually strong Presentations that include a financial data (Graphs)
  
• You must be thick skinned, with a good sense of humour and confident in your abilities
