Personal Assistant to Pivoting Businessman

Are you a flexible ideas person who can run with projects and research independently?

We are currently in discussion with a successful businessman who is looking for an experienced PA who is good with projects. Having taken quite a hit with the Covid pandemic, he is pivoting to focus on new projects whilst he has considerable downtime from his main venture.

Working remotely, the role would include setting up systems and process utilising web-based software and therefore knowledge of email providers, inbound marketing (e.g. Hubspot) and payment processing technology would be a bonus.  

Whilst there is little to no life organisation duties such as travel and meeting organisation, this is something that hopefully will come into play in 2021 as rules begin to relax.

Ideally you will be someone who can run with daily briefings and provide research and project plans based around his notes and thought process. You will have previously worked closely with a Principal who is an idea generator and be used to providing evidence for and against practical feasibility and timescales.

N.B. This role will be remote for the foreseeable but may move towards part-time remote and part-time London base in the future, although this is not definite.
