Successful Sporting Charity Events firm in central London are actively recruiting an interim People Manager (HR Manager) to complete a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be working on a remote basis initially however the office is open two days weekly. A fantastic, collaborative culture working with a positive team who enjoy working within sporting charity events, relaxed, sociable offices environment.
Key Duties:
- Recruitment and selection
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing the full cycle of the onboarding process
- Engagement and internal communications
- Diversity & Inclusion projects
- Learning and Development projects
- Managing staff benefits
- Employee relations, dealing with queries
- Updating HR policies/procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of being a standalone HR generalist
- Experience of UK employment law
- Knowledge of IR35 beneficial
- Experience of providing interim support in SMEs ideally
- Retail/Sports sector experience ideal
- Ideally CIPD qualified with strong HR/people management experience
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
This is a full time role, 35 hours weekly, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, must be happy to work remotely, immediately available to commit to a 6 month fixed term contract.
