The Role
This role will require a diligent individual who is both engaging and bright. Highly professional and presentable as they will often represent the company to external stakeholders. Our client will require someone who can be flexible with hours is highly organised and focused as there will be a strong focus on coordination, diary coordination, office management and additional project work.

Key areas of responsibility within this EA/Office Management role include but are not exclusive to:

  • Manage of ever-changing diary including meeting coordination/prep/research and attendance where required
  • Administrative responsibilities
  • Work closely with all members of the Senior Management team
  • Work closely with the support team
  • Arranging international travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Provide support to projects as necessary, with different areas of the organisation
  • Coordination of events/team building
  • Management and coordination of communications
  • General office management and take pride in ensuring that everyone works in an organised environment with relevant supplies

Requirements

This person will have previous experience of being a PA at C level in an international fast growing organisation. This person will also have experience of working to support wider management to complete admin and other tasks. With cross-department functionality, this person will need to keep a professional mind-set whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Resourceful and adaptable
  • Flexible - this is not a 9-5 role - you may be required to attend meetings in the evenings and when travel resumes there may also be travel
  • Highly service orientated
  • Advanced Microsoft Office as well as strong all-round tech skills including communication channels such as slack
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • +3 years experience as a Personal Assistant supporting at C level whilst also having worked in roles where there has been a requirement for Office Management
  • Able to build effective transatlantic relationships
  • Used to working with confidential and sometimes delicate matters
  • Confidence to liaise and present professionally with Senior internals as well as important external stakeholders
