Internal Communications and Engagement Manager W1 Up to £48,500+Exc Bens

This is an exciting new opportunity to develop and implement an internal communications & engagement strategy designed to maximise on staff engagement, to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation in order to maintain and develop a positive culture and united team that shares the same values that are to build a better world through higher education. You will be responsible for managing internal communications within the organisation, providing strategic and tactical advice to colleagues at all levels, articulating clear and compelling stories about people and the work that they do, as well as developing innovative ideas to engage staff with new initiatives that improve and motivate the way they work. Duties include:
*Developing and implementing an integrated multichannel internal communications strategy to maximise staff engagement that delivers shared goals and business objectives
*Work closely with HR and the Senior Executive Team to provide strategic and tactical advice to deliver change communication to continuously develop employee engagement strategy
*Qualitative and quantitative research, evaluation and reporting
*Planning, creating, and editing content in various formats that is engaging, tailored to its target audience following brand editorial guidelines.
*overseeing and delivering integrated internal communications for organisational and change projects whilst meeting best practice objectives for all internal communications channels, delivering all outputs to a high standard as well as
*Planning, organising, and delivering internal events including regular all-staff meetings
*Leading the redevelopment of the intranet as a key Internal Communications Engagement tool, working with external suppliers and the HR team
*Planning and delivering regular engagement and pulse surveys, and interpreting the results to inform and improve Internal Communications Engagement activity

To apply - You must be Degree educated with proven experience of implementing and delivering an internal communications and engagement (ICE) strategy and activities
