My Client is a successful, young professional family who are looking for a full time live-out nanny (4 days a week - 44 hours). They are looking for an outgoing personable candidate who has a minimum of two years working in childcare.


Salary: £28K - £35K (pro rata) depending on experience

Location: Blackheath, London

Hours: 07:30 - 18:30 - 4 days a week

Start date: February with some settling in beforehand


The family are looking for a candidate who loves being a Nanny and wants to remain in the role long term. It is important to find a natural communicator who will fit in well with the family. They are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, warm and engaging candidate with a sunny disposition. Someone with a can-do attitude and flexible approach. 


The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience looking after children. It is also important they have prior experience working with an infant under 1 year. The family have two beautiful children - a 6 month old girl and an energetic 3 year old boy as well as a very well behaved black Labrador.


The job will entail sole care for the baby in the day. You will attend baby groups/activities in the local area to keep her stimulated. There is plenty going on in Blackheath with a lovely community. 


The 3.5 year old boy will be at school from 8:35-3:15 and will require drop off and pick up daily. The Nanny would need to do his homework with him after school. 


The ideal candidate will enjoy cooking as you will be responsible for preparing their meals and any snacks. 


The dog will need to be walked; this could be done as part of the school run.


Ideally you would have a driving license, but this isn’t a deal-breaker.


The salary is negotiable but in the region of £30,400 (gross) or approximately £14 p/h (gross).
