Receptionist

An international hedge fund based in the West End, is looking to recruit a receptionist, on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone who has up to 3 years' receptionist experience and exceptional customer service experience. There is also the potential for the ideal candidate to progress into a facility coordinator over  time, once they have proven themselves. 

Duties include;

• Managing the reception area 
• Meeting and greeting guests 
• Managing meeting room booking system 
• Event set up 
• Answering calls 
• Invoicing processing 
• Managing orders (stationery and food) 
• Organising couriers 
• Food preparation (breakfast set up)
• Adhoc duties 

The ideal candidate; 

• Up to 3 years' previous experience as a Receptionist in a corporate setting
• Financial services experience preferred
• Well presented 
• Passionate about proving a great customer service 
• An ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Proactive approach
