Facilities Coordinator / Office Manager

An international hedge fund based in the West End, is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator / Office Manager, on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone with 3-5yrs experience, who has potentially been a coordinator and is looking to take the next step in their career. The role would start out as a coordinator, moving into an Office Manager role once the candidate has proven themselves. 

Duties include;

• Managing day to day operations of the London office
• Assisting with training of the receptionist
• Ad hoc duties
• Managing Cleaners
• General administration duties 
• Managing any office issues including leaks, maintenance and general repairs 

The ideal candidate; 

• Highly organised
• First Aid qualification (preferred but not essential)
• IOSH qualification (preferred)
• Exceptional customer Service Skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure
• A team player
