Our client, a hedge fund based in the West End are on the hunt for an entrepreneurial and hardworking Office Manager/EA to join their growing team. Working directly with the CEO, COO and CFO in a wide variety of duties, this position requires someone with strong initiative and attention to detail. 

The successful candidate will have a number of years’ experience working in an office manager-type position with preference to those with experience working as an EA in the financial sector. 

 Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Management of the office space
  • Assist with investor due diligence
  • Assist with compliance related tasks 
  • Assist the team with expenses and travel arrangements
  • Be the main point of contact for all external providers such as travel, building manager, telephone providers, cleaners etc.
  • Provide executive assistance to the partners 
  • Assist with investor due diligence 
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the investor database 
  • Perform all background checks 
  • Assist with HR duties such as payroll 
  • On boarding of new members of staff
  • Monitoring office budget 

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience in an office manager role
  • EA experience is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Proven organisational skills 
  • Experience in taken responsibility for projects and seeing them through to completion
