Your role will be to provide advice, support and guidance to landlords and tenants, whilst managing their properties..

This is a busy and varied role and you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, where every day will be different

Your duties will include :

• Meet targets and performance objectives
• Ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customers are updated
• Ensuring the systems are continually updated
• Ensure the property is complying with legislation
• Develop positive relationships with your colleagues, landlords and tenants
• Ensuring high levels of communication at all times with all parties

Profile

You will already have gained some good experience within a property environment, ideally within lettings and enjoy working in a fast paced position.

You will possess outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work to a variety of deadlines.
