The Client

Our client is a leading law firm based in Central London, who is seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to join their busy Marketing team.

The Role

Your role will include:

  • Support users on the day to day running of InterAction by telephone or in person
  • Provide InterAction follow up/refresher sessions with users
  • Resolve DCM (Data Change Management) tickets
  • Run and action data quality searches
  • Update new company/person information
  • Assist the CRM Manager with running the monthly business report
  • Assist the marketing team with sending out electronic mailings
  • Event feedback reports
  • Billing and InterAction Matter reporting

The Requirements

  • Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Previous InterAction experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent written skills, compiling data analysis and report writing
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
