PA to Senior Partner, Architects - mat cover - c40K ++

Amazing opportunity to join a really successful and funky firm of architects as PA to their Senior Managing Partner.  Based in the most stunning offices in South London, variety is guaranteed as you give one to one assistance to your delightful boss who is involved with not only the operations of the firm, but also many of their projects as well.

Your solid PA experience will stand you in good stead as you learn to take off as much admin from his shoulders as possible, learning to pre-empt his every need and using your initiative at all times.  You will get involved in organising their winter conference, away days, business and personal travel arrangements and will also help with bids and tenders, using your Indesign and Powerpoint skills. 

This firm is extremely well regarded and hugely successful.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design and you are expected to familiarise yourself with the work of the practice through the website and practice brochure as well as weekly attendance at their project presentations.  You should have excellent PA experience, ideally gained in the creative sector; be a real team player; have superb IT skills, including Indesign, and a flexible, energetic mindset.
