Personal Assistant - Italian Speaker

I am looking for a superb, very slick, professional PA to join a small team of PAs supporting an exceptional and inspirational corporate Principal. You will need at last 2 years experience supporting at CEO level and be bilingual Italian/English. My client is part resident abroad and travels a great deal. Multiple Projects.

1. Their diary is manic and often changing so you will need to be very sharp and totally methodical. You will have experience booking private jets, preparing detailed itineraries and liaising with the best hotels in the world ensuring that no stone is left unturned. There is no room for error, my client is demanding and has exacting standards.
2. You will also be preparing board papers, organising meetings and the logistics of the attendees as well as managing the organisation of events, both business and personal. This is a very busy role for someone with exceptional organisation skills and great attention to detail.
