My client is a leading, highly reputable Mortgage Broker based in West Essex. They are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team of impressive individuals.

This role is for a Mortgage & Protection Adviser who is CAS, has a minimum of 12-month adviser experience and is comfortable working in an estate agency setting.


Main duties & responsibilities

• Full CeMAP / Cii Qualification (or equivalent)
• A proven track record in mortgage & protection sales
• The ability to work in a high-pressured environment
• The ability to work from a satellite site with full administration support provided remotely
• Excellent credit conduct and no lender exclusions / regulatory breaches
• The ability to work to KPI's

 
Ideal Experience

• History of working within an Estate Agency
• History of working remotely
• 50% protection penetration (proven)
