This inspiring and visionary CEO, who is at the very forefront of a company changing the future of the world in sustainability, is looking for a right hand, dynamic, agile candidate with whom he can form a partnership to take the company to even greater heights. Although certain parts of the role will encompass regular EA duties, he is looking for a step up in calibre, someone who can add value and become an integral part of the business moving forward. With a heavy hitting Board, he requires someone with extensive experience of liaising and handling the best of business leaders, ideally with proven company secretarial duties. In addition as they move towards a greater awareness globally of their product, stakeholder management is going to be a large element of the position – looking after the company’s outreach and message, managing the media, engaging with all levels from government, royalty and VIPS world-wide. With a restructure in the pipeline, the CEO is wanting this person to buy in to the company, be as passionate about the product as the team are and ultimately to set up his CEO office, overseeing the activity, strategy and development.
