DTP/Document Producer, West End

Are you an experienced Desktop Publishing Specialist? 

Do you have a creative eye and enjoy producing high-impact PowerPoint presentations?  Are you able to work to high standards while meeting tight deadlines?

An innovative Financial Advisory firm is looking for a DTP specialist to take on this important role within their support team.  You’ll have the opportunity to put all your skills to the test as the ‘go to’ specialist in the firm.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Producing high-level documents from memos to presentations
• Creating client branded content
• Producing company branded pitch books
• Using PowerPoint and Photoshop (InDesign and Illustrator skills very useful)
• Creating and amending detailed graphs using Excel
• Working closely with PAs in the group
• Building relationships with all internal staff
• Providing some PA support as required – booking meetings, travel, expenses etc

The skills you need to bring:

• Several years’ experience from a creative professional background
• Professional, with confident communication skills
• Advanced MS Office essential
• Knowledge and previous use of Photoshop and Illustrator beneficial
• True team player – truly collaborative ‘boutique’ environment
• Resourceful and enterprising
