Studio Assistant, Art Publishers, Chessington, £25,000  

A Fine Art Publishers based in Chessington are looking for an efficient, accurate and processed candidate to oversee the delivery of all goods and maintenance of the studio.

THE ROLE

• Ensure that orders are received, prioritised, checked and despatched on a timely basis
• Manage any delays or potential delays to orders. Ensure these are brought to the attention of the appropriate team member
• Oversee products dispatches and check that all goods are adequately packed
• Manage the Studio’s stock levels
• Ensure that systems are maintained and accurately kept
• Receive all incoming orders of consumables
• Manage stock maintenance - all retained in prime condition
• Office Management - all machinery, equipment, fixtures and fittings are maintained in good condition
• Health and Safety standards are adhered to
• Maintain a high level of security for both goods and premises at all times

• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Impeccable organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
• A can-do and proactive attitude
• The ability to multi task and prioritise requests

Salary: This role will pay up to £25,000 dependent on experience
