What you’ll be doing day to day: 

• Gate-keeping, first access point for CFO
• Managing complex international travel arrangements
• Greeting visitors and representing CFO when needed
• Liaising with worldwide offices and high-profile partners and stakeholders
• Creating written material ready to present
• Attending leadership meetings and calls, taking minutes
• Contributing to the animation of the global finance community
• Organising virtual and live events

The skills you’ll need to bring:

• 5 + years’ as an EA at Board level
• Fluent French
• Superb attention to detail
• Innate understanding of urgency
• A resourceful and clear-sighted approach
• Utmost discretion
• Advanced knowledge of MS Suite
