Personal Assistant to Directors – Maternity contract  

Fixed term contract

Do you love to help and find solutions where others would give up?  This is an amazing role for a Personal Assistant who just loves being the go-to person whilst juggling lots of priorities and always looking ahead!! 

This is an enviable role working for a small and highly successful consultancy and providing a much needed Personal Assistant service to their small board.  You will be covering a period of maternity leave and the contract will be for a period of around 13 months (including handover) the role is to start mid November and interviews will be taking place straight away!

This role is usually office based, but for the initial period you will be required to work remotely 
 
This role would be a great stop gap for an excellent Personal Assistant who is available immediately and wants to harness the security of a long term contract. 

Your duties will include:

•    Extensive diary management of 3 senior diaries, managing all logistics and regular changes and updates 
•    Dealing with high volume of calls, queries and requests
•    Managing the flow of communications throughout the office
•    Producing high level documents and reports in Word & PowerPoint (some Excel)
•    Supporting with board administration 
•    Various office management tasks 
•    Private duties for the board as required 
•    Some private duties
•    Capturing action points from meetings  
•    Some events support and logistics

You don’t need years and years of experience to apply for this role but you will require some demonstrable exposure in a similar role, coupled with bags of initiative and a lovely calm and personable engaging manner and be someone who truly takes pride in their work.
